‍We can produce parts in production materials so that these can be assessed before expensive tooling is commissioned.  When parts are produced, whether on CNC machines or by rapid prototyping (3d printers such as SLA, SLS, extruded filament etc) there is always a trade off between dimensional accuracy, cost, realism of parts and material properties.

We utilise CNC, SLA, filament extrusion and silicone casting technologies in house and are therefore able to offer the most appropriate and cost effective option for the parts that are required; and also factor in the use that they will be put to.  When the most appropriate prototyping methods lie outside of these options we can put the work out to our extensive array of external suppliers, and have done this for specialist parts such as nylon sintering's and ‘lost wax’ castings in bronze, as well as specialist finishes such as anodising, vacuum-plating and electro-plating.
