Description Developing the world’s first fully reusable e-cigarette. Two parts to the device, a base station that fits in a pocket which then refills a lightweight ‘cigarette’ that is also electronically re-chargeable from the base station.

• Initial tests and development of cartridge filling techniques for quickest fill time during production • Test the assembly tooling designs for volume manufacture • Produce video presentations for the far eastern manufacturer to assess assembly methods • Continual process of assembling prototypes through EVT 1, 2, 3 and DVT as mouldings became available
