• Prototype Elements for the visual mock-up of the client’s initial product • From this product further safety enhancements were developed and our expertise utilised in evaluating these, this included
- CAD for developing the second concept with additional improvements in safety that could also be applied to competitors helmets - Production of tooling and thermoformed parts to test concepts as quickly and effectively as possible within a compressed development cycle - Design and produce multipart vacuum forming tools - Make prototype plastic parts - Offer guidance to the R&D team on initiatives that could quickly be dismissed from further investigation as blind alleys
